Shipping policy
Happee Chappee will send a confirmation email of your order within 24 hours of it being placed. If you do not receive anything, please contact us at info@happeechappee.com. All of our parcels currently do not have tracking and you can use the below estimated delivery times as a guide. We are working with our couriers to get preferential rates for recorded delivery to better serve our happee chappees (you).
Shipping within the UK
Shipping is a flat rate of £2 within the United Kingdom on all of our products.
Shipping to EU, USA & Rest of World
We do ship to Europe, USA & Rest of World which will incur additional shipping fees. You can find the pricing below:

Duties, Levies and Taxes
All of our prices will include VAT. Any delivery to Europe will also include VAT.
All international orders are exclusive of duty and custom charges. Depending on customs rules in your country/state, import duties may be charged. As the recipient you are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these are necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
